In order to stay on track, check out these moves for a quick, easy, fast, and effective circuit workout to stay fit this holiday season! The combination of these exercises provides a great circuit workout for the busy holiday bee in under 3 minutes.
Stand in place, and bring one knee up to a 90-degree angle, and then repeat with the other leg. Quicken the pace and march for a one-minute interval. This will get your heart pumping and warmed up!
Slowly lower yourself down like you’re sitting in a chair, and then stand back up while lifting your arms overhead. Complete 25 per interval, or, as many as you can in a minute! This will keep your legs toned throughout those chilly winter months.
This traditional workout staple will keep those arms toned and ready for the perfect holiday sweater! Facing the ground, place arms about shoulder-width apart, and lower the body as close to the ground as you can. Then, push up. Repeat as many times as you can within one minute. Don’t worry if you can’t do the full push-up, it is completely acceptable to lower your knees, and continue with your push-ups until you hit that minute mark!
With these three exercises, this is the ultimate circuit workout for the holidays, and can be done anywhere!
