Contact Physical Therapy Crossword

Welcome to Contact Physical Therapy, where we offer one on one care! We have two awesome locations that are convenient for you; one located in Scottsdale on 10304 N. Hayden Rd and one in Mesa located on 4850 E. Baseline Rd.

We have an amazing team of physical therapists at both locations that strive to meet your needs and help you get back on track to an active and healthy life!

Some of the common conditions we treat here at Contact Physical Therapy are work-related injuries, back pain and neck pain. One condition we treat is benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) and this is treated with vestibular rehab. BPPV is a vertigo disorder which starts in the inner ear, and causes dizzy, spinning spells. Vestibular rehab is one of the many services we offer here including physical therapy, hand therapy and dry needling. Patients can receive dry needling therapy and hand therapy at our Scottsdale location.

We accept many insurance plans including ________ Banner

We recently welcomed John Elchert to both our Scottsdale and Mesa locations and we are so excited to have him on the team! His interests include strength & conditioning where he has established programs for both volleyball and football high school athletes, and treating patients through a combined use of functional activity, exercise and manual treatment.

Noah Arenson is one of our Physical Therapists over at the Mesa clinic. Noah earned his Master’s degree at Northern  Arizona University’s Physical Therapy program and has been practicing in the Valley since 1997. He enjoys working with spine and joint patients and focusing on restoring functional mobility and strength through ASTYM, physical therapy and other methods.

Dallas Lato is one of the other physical therapists at our Mesa clinic. This Canada native has been a practicing outpatient therapist in the East Valley since 1994 and has worked with a wide-variety of orthopedic, neurologic, and vestibular rehab patients. He lives in Tempe with his wife and two young sons.

Jeff Gardner, physical therapist at our Mesa clinic, has been practicing with Contact Physical Therapy for the past three years where he has the privilege of working with each of his patients in a one-on-one atmosphere. Jeff was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona and his love for helping others was fostered in serving a two year church mission in Mexico (it definitely helped that he is fluent in Spanish!).

Brendan Cousineau, PT, MPT, CSCS can be found over at our Scottsdale location! Brendan joined the Contact Physical Therapy Team in 2006 to help initiate operation of our Scottsdale Clinic as the Clinic Director and Co-Owner. He started his PT career immediately after graduation at Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa, AZ until joining Contact PT. If you are looking for vestibular rehab, Brendan is your guy!
